Favorite At-Home Yoga for Increased Flexibility and Strength

I view yoga differently to other types of workouts that I like to do. My body is seriously so stiff if I don’t make a conscious effort to do yoga to maintain/improve my flexibility and strength. I have found personally that with a very busy schedule, going to an actual yoga class is hard for me. It becomes an excuse as to why I can’t fit it in. So, I recently set out to find a yoga YouTube channel that I enjoy and stumbled across Alo’s. I am seriously in love! They are quick, efficient, and effective 15-40 minute videos and I feel like a new person after doing one. Sitting at a desk/working from a computer is definitely hard on the body. I get really bad shoulder/neck pain when I don’t make time to take care of my body in this way.

Here are a few of my favorite videos I cycle through during the week. I aim to do at least five videos per week. I have definitely noticed a huge difference in my stiffness, stress level, and general well-being.
