This post has honestly been on my heart for a few years now, before I had even conceptualized creating a blog to write it on. As I mentioned here in my very first skincare post, it’s a topic that I am so so passionate about because I know what it’s like to struggle with severe breakouts, for ten plus years to be exact. There were many times during that period where I couldn’t even look in the mirror at my own reflection. Anyone else?
